Working good for me so far

It was a very simple procedure to purchase an engine. Customer service was fine. Still don't have the engine yet, so whether this was a smart purchase or not, remains to be seen. Customer service ok, product, don't know yet.

All good so far

I purchased used infiniti transmission, the first was incorrect to which they promptly shipped the correct one. 11 days total. So far so good.

I am very pleased with the experience I had with SW Engine.. For someone who that had no clue on the entire process, and followed the instructions of my cousin on where to go to purchase the engine for my daughter. I was nervous on so many levels, but the site was so easy to use, and all I had to do was answer some important, but easy questions. The price and warranty even surprised the auto shop that I had it shipped to. I am very grateful. The only suggestion I have is including the delivery date range on invoice or at the end of the purchase; however, it doesn’t take away from my amazing experience. I was able to call back and have my question answered by a very polite person. Thank you so much for easing my fears and making this process easy for a woman that had absolutely no clue..

Ordering a engine was simple and quick. Only gave 4 stars because of the shipping time and lack of clarity as to where your order is coming from. Theyre called southwest engines yet they have no ides where your order may come from. All they know is it is within the 48 mainland states. The order time is acclaimed to 7-14 days but i have been waiting for 7days and still no tracking number.

Have used this company multiple times engines and transmissions. Always easy to use. Great people. Right parts. Over 200,000 on last engine and transmission.

I must change my prior review, my failure to check my spam folder would have revealed your reply and all invoice information had been made promptly . Thank you for you timely quote, and invoice info , i understand it will be some time around the 24th when i receive the engine. once instillation is complete, another review will follow

Customer Service was knowledable, and courtious. Willing to negotiate the final cost.

It was easy to order the engine, and easy to pay for the engine with credit card. SWEngines followed up with a paid invoice. The only problem is there is no engine serial number to verify the mileage and then it is taking several days for shipment. It makes me wonder if they have the engine or if they start looking for one after they get the order. They quoted 10 to 14 days, but now they say 10 to 14 business days, that might be longer do to conditions. All I need is ship date after the order is given so I can plan the installation.

Quick and easy order, customer service was great ?

Everything was real easy to order but now I find my self trying to find what carrier has my engine and no way to track it. need my engine it's been 10 busines days and no way to find out where it is.

Ordering experience is top notch. No issues. I needed a replacement engine and got the best one, with the best warranty available. I am eager to have my purchase delivered, installed and move forward.

On March 4 I purchased a motor from this company they offer. A 70000 miles motor or 5 0 k miles warranty when I received on March 12 a big different story the motor look that they have it in a corner on a junk yard they send to me look all rustic upside down with all wiring and connection all bad my motor in my car with 222675 miles look in better condition that the one they send it they charge me 1395 plus 75 residential fee for a total of 1470 after 4 months they only refund me 556.25 because they said that I agreed with their terms when in their “terms” said that they can charge a 25% restock fee.. they keep 913.75 from me a good sale for them but look okay you can keep it but the only thing I will told You is that is a GOD upstairs that is looking down when your company do bad just think on all the ripoff that you do to all the people. If you should charge me the 25% okay I will understand but you know that you took more almost 70% you didn’t know all the sacrifice that I has to do to get that money from family friends because when my car broke down I didn’t have the money to purchased that motor I’m disable person I depend from my transportation to go to my doctor appt ,pharmacy but you think with 500.00 that yousend me I can get anywhere but that’s life thank you very much for all that pain that you Cause me and my family now I don’t have motor no car thank you, keep making money like that ..
