I have a 1987 corvette with a blown head casket that was not going to be cheap to repair. Also not knowing what else was going to be wrong with it when the repair shop got the motor torn down. Plus the amount of labor to do the job. I called SWEngines and in a matter of a few minutes Lisa had a quote sent to my e mail for a motor that was actually a up grade to my 87 L98 motor. She then made it very easy for me to order and have the engine on the way. SWEngines also saved me $1000 or better in parts and labor as the motor was a drop in, complete and ready to go.

Still haven't received a tracking number

My mechanic said it was the nicest looking engine hes ever put it. No hoses cut, no damage, even wiring harnesses were handled with care. Engine was super clean and it went in with no problem. Engine is running beautifully after 250 miles. Shipping was pretty much right at 14 business days. Was given a wrong tracking number but the shipping company was able to find the right one. Hopefully I'll never need another engine again, but if I do, swengines will be my go to!

My engine has not shipped yet but the ordering and customer service was excellent. Answered all my questions and the engine really was reasonably priced especially since in comes complete with head.

the ordering process was smooth but we have not recieved our order or notification of shipping our order as of yet so it is a little premature for us to give a full evaluation at this time.

Customer representative didn’t waste time I gave him my quote number he pulled it up and took care of my payment Now I’m just waiting on my engine to arrive.

Have used them twice,great experience both times

When I called I was put on hold and call dropped. I called back and was briefly waiting the next available rep. They were fast and seemed to know the engine I needed. The lady was quick got my information and I was told what to do check my email and I followed what to do. Cant wait to receive my product and get my van going.

so far so good. I have not received my engine yet but the buying process has been good so far. I have yet to receive my tracking number but hope to soon.

I placed my order last Thursday and haven’t received a shipping tracking number. I’ll update my review after I receive the engine and inspect it. So far the service has been fine.

This is a follow up inregards to my engine it was my mistake i did not read the full email correctly but correctly states that 7 to 14 business days excluding weekends and holidays my appoligies to the crew of SEengines. Sorry crew i jumped the gun and let stress get the best of me. I am recieving my engine in a timely matter and i strongly appoligize again for over reading the email. I thank the staff for expressing a concern about your customers.

Lisa was very friendly and helpful. She made ordering the engine very easy. The process was quick and went smoothly. Highly recommend them if you need to order a new engine.
