Easy for the whole processing order, very friendly, will rate again once I receive the engine

Order was easy, delivered as stated, followed their directions for replacing my old engine, Started right up...1st time Amazing company, so nervous ordering online but they are the best. Honest all the way!

Easy to find parts as well as select which location to get them from. The prices are not the lowest in the industry. They are average. But you get dependable service and quality.

Although delivery time was not quite what I had expected, I do have to say that the entire experience was pleasant. Of course the ordering process was simple and straight forward. The delivery time was longer than I had hoped at exactly a month, but once delivered, I was quite surprised with the cleanliness and condition of the motor. There was a broken intake manifold control valve, but I was able to use one off of the old motor. I was a bit concerned of what to expect because of some of the negative reviews I had read after I had purchased, but was pleasantly surprised of the end result. Although it seemed difficult to contact SWEengines via telephone, I found that they were very responsive via IM on Facebook. Long story short, I got what I had ordered and it purrs like a kitten.

I spoke with Lisa, very courtesy and she new her business . Place the order paid via credit now I am just waiting for the motor.

My experience with SW Engines has been a very pleasant one so far. Ordering was simple and pain free, payment options were easy and Lisa, the sales agent I dealt with was very personable and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is that their phone service is not very good. The times I called I was put on hold for an unacceptable long time. The length of my call was 14 minutes but I was only talking to someone for 7 minutes, I was on hold the rest of the time and when you're on hold 5 minutes seems like 15. Other than that, I highly recommend SW Engines to anyone in the need for an engine!!!

The engine was offered at a great price, shipped a little late but they did come through and most of all was installed and operating great. So far this is an excellent Supplier with marginal communication skills but it works, THANK YOU!

Haven’t received the engine yet. Ordering seemed simple enough!

The person I talked to was very helpful. he gave me time to ask questions and took his time asking questions to me. He said it would take 7 to 10 days to get my engine and if I had any questions I could always call and someone would be glad to help..

Nice sales people, very helpful. They made sure VIN would match engine and even dug up a turbo. Waiting for the truck to deliver the new heart for my ride.

I'm going to hold any final reviews until I get my engine that I ordered. It was ordered on the 27th of June and was told it would be delivered in 5 to 7 days today's the 3rd of July and I still have not been sent even a shipping confirmation as of yet will be contacting S&W engines today to find out the status of when my engine might be shipped. So for now they get two stars. the initial order ever went very smoothly. But we're still waiting. Okay now to finish my review. The engine has been in my truck now for a little over 2 weeks. The installation had a few glitches but that's just because there were a few idiosyncrasies that caused some slight problems but easily taken care of. The engine runs like a top. As in the past with other engine replacements going into week 3 I always change the oil to truly give it a fresh start and get rid of any old junk that might be left in the engine. This one will be no different as the oil is already discolored only after 2 weeks . The reason this post took a little extra time was, I was waiting for my confirmation of my warranty activation. I got it this morning, so overall everything went very smoothly it just took some time. So patience was a virtue and I'm very happy with the way everything all came together. Thanks Bob
