Ordering my engine was easy thanks to Lisa the sales lady. She was a great help. I haven't recieved the engine yet but hoping to get it soon.

My only issue was with completing the invoice. Every time I would submit it came back with a message that it failed. I finally called the sales office to complete the order on the phone. They were VERY courteous and patient even though it took several calls. I am now waiting for my tracking number.

The price was very competitive, The representative who helped me over the phone was very nice and got me set up very quickly. Highly recommend.

ordering is nice and simple. takes about a week to get confirmation on the actual shipping, but still an easy process. hopefully in 2 weeks i should have my order. not totally free shipping its a small fee to deliver in a residential address. but I guess that's from the shipping company

Lisa was my representative at SW and she prevented me from ordering the wrong engine. The engine arrived within 14 working days and was clean and ready to be installed however the reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because everyone of the exhaust manifold bolts were broken off and had to be drilled out and re tapped costing several additional hours of expensive shop time once the engine was installed it has been running fine and maintains great oil pressure also the compression was within specs on each cylinder. UPDATE, 15,000 miles later and the motor has not given me the slightest problem and still starts and runs great even in 30 below zero MN winters.

Ordering was easy, customer service was quick and helpful . Waiting on shipping but all and all so far so good
