Was pleased with the purchase process. But it has been 4 business days and the engine has not yet shipped. Was just told the engine had to be tested before shipping, but I was informed that the engine was tested, prior to my purchase. ????? Not feeling confident anymore.

Mrs Lisa was very helpful and got me what I needed and at a good cost .Im very pleased so far I just don't know where my motor is or my tracking number to track it when I spend that kinda money. That's my only problem right now.

I just placed my first order earlier this week. It was so easy and they were so professional. My husband cannot wait to get his new engine. I will let you know more, after it arrives

So far so good ...helped me out alot with ordering my 5.3 motor with 82k really appreciate it ...just waiting on shipping details to let me know when it's going to be here ....but easy an simple to order here an staff is very helpful ....will update when I receive motor an install ....but will inspect when it arrives before I sign like it says to do lol Update I finally got the motor ....the holidays put off shipping a bit but after that it was here fast an on time ...motor looked nice an clean th3n I realized it's just paint lol but looks nice in my truck ....installed and fired right up no problem Great costumer service an engine so far will update as more miles get put on it ....but as far as it goes for business i would deff do more business with as engines

I received a quote within minutes of posting. I also received a discounted offer soon after. I purchased the engine with Lisa's help. She was professional, well educated and kind. I further received my confirmation and tracking number. My only concern is will the engine arrived as per timetable. Overall a great and safe experience. I would recommend this company to all.

It's pleasure talking to Lisa. She is very informative and provided all the required information. It's great working with Lisa. She promised me that the engine that I ordered should be delivered in 7 to 10 business days. So far, I have not seen any email with regard to it. Hopefully the shipping department handles it on a timely basis.

I ordered my engine on a Friday,Nov. 23, 2018, day after Thanksgiving. It was shipped out the following Friday, delivered to my mechanic on Monday. Joe, in Customer Service was very nice, very helpful, considering this was my first time ordering an engine. I had no way to inspect this engine, but I am very confident in my mechanics, if there was a problem, they would've notified me.

The Engine arrived on time in Great Condition and was installed, Engine Runs Great !

They told me the used engine for my Toyota Sienna 2000 will arrive in 7-10 days. My mechanic called me in the fifth day when it arrived. They are quite speedy and efficient. After the installation of the used engine, I had driven to Reno from San Jose, around 500 miles round trip. It runs quite well. Thanks a lot to SWEngines.
