The gentleman with whom I placed my order was very polite and helpful. I am still waiting for the tracking number. I am expecting prompt delivery to make this a very positive experience.

needed a 3.8 for a mustang 2000. never ordered engine before. the first time i called the sales person seemed tired or in a hurry the responses were short and left me wanting for more, I did not know what externally balanced or internally balanced meant on the description of the engine.i dont know if they were describing transmission or engine. the salesperson told me to call the dealers. After calling at least 5 dealers they couldnt give me the answer. it wasnt until i went to some of the mustang forums on the internet that i got my answer.which was very time consuming. It would be very helpful for sales to know or know where to go to obtain this kind of information.

Great results (so far) in obtaining my used motor w. 36K miles/36 mo. warrantee. I will wait to see how it runs before going further. Now I'm in the waiting stage for it's arrival

Great service all around starting with shipping was right on day/ time... Followed instructions SW engines sent all went well...mechanic didn't know why Sw couldn't had done waterpump and timing belt but The Engine started up and is running great ...3 months now. I recommend SW to all looking for good used rebuilt engine...

You find someone to install your engine then SWE waites two full weeks to ship a engine that is on a pallet, your meck gets other jobs waiting on SWE then they want it in in ten days a little tight.

Web site specified VIN 1 for both intake cam and exhaust cam options. In searching other web sites, intake cam driven water pump is 2005 and prior while 2006 and later use exhaust cam to drive water pump. No distinction made on your website.

I ordered an engine today they informed me of the 7 to 10 days to shop engine. They were truthful about it. The lady was polite. The engine photo was listed properly.

So far so good, have not received engine as of yet but no complaints on customer service, very knowledgeable and quick.

I like the three year warranty. My mechanic tried to source a local engine ...and found one for a LOT LESS money...problem was that the warranty was minimal. For peace of mind I purchased from SWEngines.... I just wish I had known about long time frame for shipping when I ordered. Now I'm without a vehicle, and have been missing out on work. I anticipate that my 53,000 mile engine will work like a fine watch! At this point it is hard to rate...engine has not yet met my car.

I ordered an engine from SW Engines 4 days ago and every day since then I have gotten an email either confirming my order or helping to let me know when my order would be shipped and when I should recieve it. They have been very helpful with all of the questions I have had and the customer service has been great. I haven't recieved the motor so I can't say much about it. However, the customer service for me was worth the five stars.

We ordered an engine a few days ago. They verified our car vin # and seem like they are super responsible. The offer of a 3 year warranty is great too. I am trying to save my husband a lot of work by getting an engine that's ready to go in the car. We are looking forward to having an engine with only 56k miles on it.
