Four days and still have not received an email with the Shipment PRO# and LTL Carrier information. The repair shop would like to track and know when it would be arriving so they can be prepared.

Good morning, I have been a SWENGINES customer for several years, always getting a good deal and have never had a problem with the engines I have purchased. The only thing I would recommend is adding an e-mail address to your page to make contact in that way. Thank you very much

The online search was great, so simple to find what I was looking for. Ordering was easy and there was no confusion. The sales person seemed to know exactly what I needed. This review is being written prior to receiving the order but so far very happy and hopeful.

I ordered a 2.0L engine for my 2013 Dodge Dart Limited car. I haven’t received it yet, but, I am patiently waiting. The online purchase went very smooth no issues. The engine has very low mileage (8K) and has a great warranty (5 yr. or 50K mi.).

I only gave it 3 stars because I have not received my engine yet. Although lisa the sales rep was very helpful and pleasant. I really like the fact that she knew what she was talking about and made me feel like I came to the right place. She sold me and closed me on the sale the way i like to be informed. I would give her a raise If i owned the company. Now i would like to give a finale review after I receive the engine. What I think would have been nice if updates on delivery and location so I can follow the engine till it arrives at the location because I don’t trust the mechanic!

Great customer service over phone,, answering all my questions and made my decision alot easier to purchase engine....cant wait to receive it and get my truck moving again...thanks sw engins !

I ordered my engine on July 3rd it’s now August 24th and I still have no engine. I have called numerous times to find out where my engine is i just talked to the shipping manager on August 12 and he assured me my engine would be here in 2-3 days max sent me a tracking number for fedex that just always said pending and never ships because you don’t have the engine and you lie to me and say shipping problems and have to send it back to you from NY makes no sense at all. I only put 3 stars on this review so you don’t throw it out for me its 0-1 stars not sure if this is a scam or what but i think you only take visa and MasterCard to make it more difficult to cancel the transaction at this point im waiting a little bit longer if I don’t see an engine im canceling the transaction and buying from someone that will actually deliver what they say
