Order process was easy...a couple options to choose from. Have not received the engine yet...cannot review quality.

We have had truck back about a couple weeks. Delivery was a little slow but they did specify that. So far engine runs great and will Recommend to others

It was a very simple procedure to purchase an engine. Customer service was fine. Still don't have the engine yet, so whether this was a smart purchase or not, remains to be seen. Customer service ok, product, don't know yet.

I purchased used infiniti transmission, the first was incorrect to which they promptly shipped the correct one. 11 days total. So far so good.

agent was courteous and helpful, this is my second purchase from sw engines I was very satisfied with the first engine hopefuly the second will be the same.

was very easy to order but now i am in limbo about my motor it has been about a month but with pandemic who knows need better contact with customers on orders and when they might receive them.

I am very pleased with the experience I had with SW Engine.. For someone who that had no clue on the entire process, and followed the instructions of my cousin on where to go to purchase the engine for my daughter. I was nervous on so many levels, but the site was so easy to use, and all I had to do was answer some important, but easy questions. The price and warranty even surprised the auto shop that I had it shipped to. I am very grateful. The only suggestion I have is including the delivery date range on invoice or at the end of the purchase; however, it doesn’t take away from my amazing experience. I was able to call back and have my question answered by a very polite person. Thank you so much for easing my fears and making this process easy for a woman that had absolutely no clue..

They are consistent their reviews say the engines take a long time to arrive mine will be 29 days plus.

Ordering a engine was simple and quick. Only gave 4 stars because of the shipping time and lack of clarity as to where your order is coming from. Theyre called southwest engines yet they have no ides where your order may come from. All they know is it is within the 48 mainland states. The order time is acclaimed to 7-14 days but i have been waiting for 7days and still no tracking number.

Have used this company multiple times engines and transmissions. Always easy to use. Great people. Right parts. Over 200,000 on last engine and transmission.

I must change my prior review, my failure to check my spam folder would have revealed your reply and all invoice information had been made promptly . Thank you for you timely quote, and invoice info , i understand it will be some time around the 24th when i receive the engine. once instillation is complete, another review will follow

ease of access and use of site . still in the process of receiving product .Payment by credit card , processed five days ago .

Customer Service was knowledable, and courtious. Willing to negotiate the final cost.

It was easy to order the engine, and easy to pay for the engine with credit card. SWEngines followed up with a paid invoice. The only problem is there is no engine serial number to verify the mileage and then it is taking several days for shipment. It makes me wonder if they have the engine or if they start looking for one after they get the order. They quoted 10 to 14 days, but now they say 10 to 14 business days, that might be longer do to conditions. All I need is ship date after the order is given so I can plan the installation.
