the person named Lisa was nice and helpful in making my purchase of a motor for my GMC.I made the purchase on the 08,16,2019,but i still dont have a tracking number yet,so Iam waiting for that.LISA gets a 5 star rating and my thanks.

I thought engine would be shipped faster. But was well pleased with everything else. Would order again if I have the need.

The ordering of my engine as well as the courtesy displayed was outstanding! 7-14 day delivery is the only downside.

I was a little put off in ordering an engine online but Alan walked me thru the process and it was relatively easy. After reviewing some bad reviews I called Alan to cancel, he assured me that the engine I would be in great shape and just what I ordered and expected. I received the engine today and after inspecting it I could not be happier. My mechanic was so impressed by the overall care and appearance of the engine he asked me to give him the website so he could order from them also. I am hoping it runs as good as it looks. But for now, great job!

They answered all my questions they made a quick and easy to understand everything I needed to know about getting replacement motor

Well for starters when I placed this order I asked the lady that took car of my order when I would receive the engine I ordered and she told me 7 to 10 days. Well today is day number 7 and as of yesterday about 4 o'clock central time they had not shipped my engine yet. Which they were going over it and checking everything over again which is good because after paying $2145 dollars for the engine I want it to run for a long time. My point is that if it was not going to be shipped when I was told then you should not be telling folks that. Especially when I was told it would take at least 4 days to get it once it does ship

Five star service getting the order started, everything was very simple and quick. I ordered 5 days ago so still have not received engine yet but they advised it should be 7-10 days

Just ordered 5 days ago. Have gotten 3 emails to keep me updated. Hopefully I hear soon with a tracking number.

Amazingly simple and quick. Found my transmission online and instant quote. When I called customer service for questions phone was quickly answered and part was ordered. Very impressive with the whole experience!

I talked to Lisa several times before I placed my order for an engine and 2 turbos. She was always very helpful and courteous. She answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable about their products. Just waiting on my engine to arrive so I can get back on the road.
