Ordering a new engine for my expedition couldn't have been any easier. Highly recommend SWEngines.

comments made by salesman made me concerned the righ engine was being shipped. He said the starter had been removed. fine but engine being shipped me has starter in intake. On northstar engine why remove starter, rather cumberson to remove.

Ordering the engine was very easy and the parts staff were very helpful. I am a little frustrated about the method or lack of, for monitoring when my part is shipping and or where it is in route and when it will arrive.

I wish I could got a more accurate day of my purchase merchandise being delivered. I was told 7 to 10 days by the sales person. I called back the next day to get a tracking order number. I was told my product wouldn’t go out until 3 days later because my engine needed to be tested first. I understand there is a process you guys must do before shipping the product out but, my problem is I wish I was told this information up front at my initial purchase. After a couple of months of having the engine installed it runs GREAT! so far.

Awesome sales people! Awesome Parts. Have never had a problem with any car part (transmission or Motor). Trustworthy company. I will never by from anyone else.

I sent the order by the computer and credit card wasn't excepted. So I called and found out the card problem was my bank card. Then I used another card and it went thru. I just need the engine asap. I can not figure out how you can give me all the information on the engine without having it located and still need 7 to 10 days to get it to me. You must not even know if you have one let alone the serial number of the truck it come off of and how many miles are on the engine. Please send me info of where the engine is on Monday Morning.
